About

I am an applied-microeconomist, with PhD in Economics from Northeastern University. My research lies at the intersection of labor economics, immigration policy, and public finance. My job market paper examines how former President Trump's high-skilled immigration policies affected the productivity and financial performance of multinational H-1B visa-sponsoring firms.

As of May 2022, I will be joining Analysis Group's NY office as an Associate (economist), where I will apply my empirical skills to help clients solve challenging business problems and win legal disputes.

Outside of research, I enjoy learning Hindustani classical vocal (training under Dr. Samia Mahbub Ahmad since 2014), hiking, exploring the NY food scene, and acrylic painting.
